McPhail holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia. She first joined Roanoke County Public Schools in 2000. She has taught various grade levels since joining the Bonsack staff.
“Tobie will be a great addition to the administrative staff at Bonsack,” said Roanoke County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Lorraine Lange. “She was an excellent second grade teacher and I’m confident she will be an excellent administrator,” Dr. Lange added.
